Frequently Asked Questions:

1.) What are your candles made of?

• 100% all-natural soy wax, braided cotton wicks, and scented oils (essentials and fragrance).  We do not use any other additives or dyes.

2.) Why Soy Wax?

• Paraffin wax has been shown to release toxic carcinogens (poison) into the air when burned. Soy wax is made from soybeans, which is a renewable resource grown here in the US.
• Soy wax burns cleaner, burns slower than paraffin and because of that soy wax candles last longer.

3.) How long do Michaela's Candles last?

• Our 8oz candles will last approximately 45-50 hours, and our 17oz 3-Wick candles last approximately 60 hours.  Remember to trim your wick before each burn and only burn your candle for 4-5 hours.

4.) What should I do if I receive a damaged order?

• If your order is damaged UPON ARRIVAL please contact Michaela's Candle Co. within 5 days of receiving your purchase.
