Michaela Moore hails from Memphis, TN, and received her degrees at The University of Tennessee @ Knoxville before moving back home to Memphis, TN. As a teacher, who had to teach from home the remainder of the school year due to COVID-19, she began to experience overwhelm, anxiety, stress, uncertainty for the future of her and her students, and the loss of her brother. To cope with her emotional well-being she began to make candles. Michaela has always loved candles however, the joy and peace that came along with candle-making began her healing process. Her passion is to share and create beautiful candles that are made to ignite Moore relaxation and peace.
June of 2020, Michaela shared her craft and launch her business, Michaela's Candle Co. For the past two years Michaela’s Candle Co has gained hundreds of followers and sales with the top seller being, "Pinch of Paradise”, which is one of the original scents
